NEWARK N.J. USA with last patent of JULY 21, 1896.             It measures 1 3/4" across.
It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light wear---PIN HAS UNIQUE CRIMPING/BENDING that was made that way------------SEE THE SCANS.     THANKS FOR BIDDING!
