1953 Seattle Rainers Official Scorecard Signed by 15, Including Hall of Famer Ray Dandridge.  The game was against the Sacramento Solons which Dandridge played for in 1953.  The scorecard is only the front and back cover, which are still attached.  If there were any other pages inside, they are no longer present.
