Item is marked as new because it has never been removed from the package. The item does have dust inside bottom of box and on the toy itself, as it has been sitting on a shelf for many years. It will have minimal shelf wear on the outside of box. New batteries are not included. Please see pictures for a more accurate view of the item you will receive.
Ships with USPS Priority Mail. Item will be packed safely in a very thick box with paper padding on all sides.
