Good Antique condition /Some minor discoloration to Mat and print -it is almost 100 years old!
Some chipping to frame -could be easily sanded away, and frame stained or painted to bring out the colors in the print
you could re-mat and frame larger for more impact-There is no gray on the frame ,the pic shows what looks to be areas of gray tape on it in the photo ,they are not there
