Never seen another like this. From my personal collection.
Me and another collector debated for sometime on its original purpose? I always said it was a hanging bud vase, they where set on a drinking glass around neck so you dont leave it behind?
But im selling it as a Bud vase, cutting starter with water. You make up your own mind on use.
