We provide FREE standard shipping on our instock items within the US 48.
If you are outside of the US, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Each item is safely boxed and packaged to protect your purchase from damage.
Our stocked items should arrive within two weeks.
Most items will ship via standard ground transportation, unless a change is agreed upon and paid for by the buyer.

Returns
Our eBay return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canât offer you a refund or exchange. Some items are subject to a 25% restocking fee charged for any return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. (original and return) The item must be returned in perfect condition. Any damage may result in less of a credit.
Damaged item - Every shipment is insured and you are not responsible for a damaged item, as long as you follow these guidelines: If an item is damaged when you receive it, you must notify the shipping company representative before they leave and you must make certain that notes about the damage are recorded on their shipping documents. If an item is damaged - you have the right to refuse the delivery. You are responsible for letting us know of any issues the day it arrives. You must also send pictures of any damage to English Georgian America that same day.
If a stock item is damaged in shipping, we will work with you to replace the item or agree to another alternative solution.
Once the shipping company representatives leave your premises, you are responsible for any damage.
Custom made items and special order items are handled differently. These orders are not returnable. All damage must be documented upon delivery, photographed and both the shipping company representative and English Georgian America must be made aware of the damage immediately.
