New Horze Equestrian Caecilia English browband. Black contoured leather with large black and small clear rhinestones. Size is PONY. Measures 1/2" wide by 16" total, or 13.5" to the beginning of each attachment loop. Free shipping in the US.

RETURNS: Refunds issued, minus actual shipping cost, for flawed workmanship or damaged items. The buyer is responsible for returning the item within seven (7) days of receipt. The item must be returned new and unused.
